The Villa
The villa sleeps upto seven people with three double bedrooms. Two of the rooms have double beds whilst the third has three single beds. The villa has two shower rooms and bathrooms, one on each level of the villa.
The villa’s living room and two of the bedrooms have stunning views looking over the river. The far bank of the river is totally unspoilt giving you excellent views of wildlife in their natural environment.
The villa has its own terrace which stretches the full width of the house, enabling you to sit and absorb the magnificent river and its scenery from an enhanced position.
A 9x4m swimming pool sits next to the villa and it’s just lovely soaking up the sun sat by the pool totally relaxing.
On the ground level of the villa there is a games room with slate bed pool table, darts board and TV with DVD player and loads of movies to keep you entertained.
There’s also a full size table tennis table for hours of fun and a number of push bikes allowing you to go on lovely bike rides along the bicycle track just behind the villa.
The villa has fast internet wifi so watching youtube, zoom meetings etc is no problem at the villa.
The villa sits in one acre of its own stunning garden full of fruit trees with 70m of river frontage belonging to the villa. Night fishing is allowed from the garden.
